Most homeless people are not criminals, if they commit any crimes they would be crimes such as loitering
All homeless people are drug addicts or alcoholics
While half of all the adult homeless people have experience addiction, many now do not have drug problems
All homeless people are too lazy to get a job
Many homeless people are either unable to work due to disabilities or illnesses, or the young homeless people are turned down from hundreds of jobs because of the prejudice against homeless people

Myth 1: Homeless People Are Taking Advantage Of The System.
This myth assumes that all the homeless are on the dole, yet in fact, a relatively small percentage of homeless people receive government assistance.
Myth 3: Homeless people are different that I am. I could never become homeless.
If they are invisible, the homeless are easy to ignore. The fact is that one bad circumstance or series of unlucky or unfortunate events can lead to homelessness.
