Milwaukee Rescue mission
"In response to God's grace through Christ, we compassionately serve men,
women and children who are homeless, hungry or poor to help them
become whole in body, mind and spirit for the glory of God. "...whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." Matthew 25:40

Milwaukee Homeless veterans initiative
There should not be a single homeless veteran in America.
But in Milwaukee, one of every four homeless persons is a
veteran, and hundreds of veterans are homeless on any given day. Over
the course of a year, four times that many are homeless for a time. An
additional 5,500 local veterans are classified as at risk, because they
are living below the poverty line, spending more than half of their
incomes on housing, or living with another family.
